The entire property is very clean and well maintained. I have stayed here many times over the course of several years & I have consistently been favorably impressed by the Cheshire Welcome Inn. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, private, and well designed ergonomically. The staff is pleasant, kind, compassionate, patient, professional, and helpful. I am permanently physically disabled & the staff have accompadated my special needs, always providing me with a room that is very easy to access from the parking area. The Inn is located in an area proximal to many establishments ( restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, convenience stores ), yet is set far enough “ the main drag”, if you will, that it provides for a very quiet and peaceful stay. It is also very reasonably priced & is an excellent value. I have recommended The Cheshire Welcome Inn to many people. All of these individuals have had a positive experience staying here as well.

The location was perfect for my needs. The property was clean, beautifully is landscaped and very well kept. The bed linens were clean and fresh, the mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was small but had everything I needed and I felt secure and safe in it. The weather has been extremely hot and humid, and the a/c worked perfectly. The unit was a bit noisy, but I like a bit of steady noise when I sleep. I only interacted with staff briefly, but check in was pleasant and efficient and the maid I met when leaving was friendly and very upbeat. The price was appropriate for the area and amenities.

Everything from cozy, clean and quiet, and I didn't smell any smokers on my end of any type this I loved. Everything we need is near this hotel Inn. I actually traveled with my parents and once booked I called the hotel to see if rooms could be side by side since my parents are elderly and prior to traveling I had already a scary moment with my parents. Gentleman at the hotel said we had a room in between our room, but once we finished the call, he immediately called me back and accommodated our rooms next to each other. He did a great job in taken care and making sure we had everything needed.

The location was very good for the purpose of our visit. We have stayed at this motel many times. We find the rooms exceptional for their access to natural light and fresh air (windows that open at either end of the room), for the absence of any stale smell or smell of disinfectant, and for the aesthetic decor. The bed was firm and comfortable. We look forward to staying here!

I was pleasantly surprised on how comfortable the bed was and how soft the sheets and towels were. There was no smell and it was VERY clean. The grounds were very attractive and my son and I felt very safe so we walked a mile up the road late at night. It was a very convenient to the grocery store and there were many food options in the area.
